Yes, you can print an estimate. Here's how to do so:
- Go to Estimates in the Online Dashboard.
- Select the estimate you've created.
- It will pop up in a side panel on the right side of the webpage. You'll see an option to select More, and then Print. I've included an image to help:

Yes, you can print an estimate. Here's how to do so:
- Go to Estimates in the Online Dashboard.
- Select the estimate you've created.

I do not see the choice of "more" I only have Edit, Delete, or Duplicate.

You can't print an estimate that is only drafted. You would need to have sent it for the "More" tab to appear, then you can print it. I assume you want to print the estimate because the customer doesn't have an email or doesn't want it emailed. Unfortunately you can not make an estimate for a customer who does not have an email on file.

The print button does not work.... There is a failure in the system somewhere. The print button exists, but doesn't actually work... Please fix

Can you explain what you mean by it not working?
What happens when you select to Print? We haven't gotten any other reports of it not working so it probably is a browser issue. The best browsers to use with our Dashboard are Chrome and Firefox. Try those and let me know if it works.

I use chrome. Here is what happens:
using the desktop browser (chrome, latest version)
I start at our dashboard
select estimates
find the estimate that i want
click on it to highlight and bring up the side pop up
click on "more"
click print...
nothing happens...
this is something that i have tried from other workstations and does not work.
its possible that i dont know what i am doing.
any help that you can provide would be great.

@mrjblanchard That is really strange.
I wonder if it's a pop-up blocker or something that is stopping it.
I was able to just get to the print option on my end. Do you know if you have a pop-up blocker enabled?

im not sure why its happening, i have checked pop up blockers.

im not quite sure what you mean by this. Did you actually get the page to print? I have the "print" option as well, but clicking "print" does nothing on my end.

@mrjblanchard Yeah I was able to get the print screen from my own account is what I meant by that!
I might recommend reaching out to our direct CS team if you've checked all these things and you're on the right browser.
It may be something they have to file a ticket for you for.

what is really strange is that the print button works in for Invoices, Receipts and everything else. Its strange...
Minor inconvenience, not a deal breaker... just gonna let it be for now.
I am certain that it is something silly that will eventually be worked out.

@mrjblanchard 🤔 That is odd.
Hopefully it is just a glitch. Our CS team is available if you want them to file a ticket for you or you can just wait it out to see if it resolves itself.

Estimates can't be printed from the app at this time. You'd have to use a web browser on a computer in order to print the estimate.

Hey Arie, thank you for the reply!
After much trial and error I finally figured it out! 🙂 🧐 I use an iPhone and my workaround is that I use the DuckDuckGo search engine, so it takes me one extra step. Fortunately when you tap the “More” button it shows up in the options under “share” 👍 so “Open in DuckDuckGo” then I’m able to print! This is definitely something that the developers need to address!!
FYI: For others reading this if you don’t see it in your options tap “Edit Actions” and then you can add it. Hope this helps someone 😎
