I thought I could use the invoice as a receipt for an in person credit card payment, but it created a new sale instead. How can I fix this? I am brand new to Square. Is there a tutorial video on how to use all the features of Square?

To delete and invoice, from the dashboard, navigate back to Invoice Section, and click the 3 dot menu to the right o the invoice in question. you will then have the option to cancel/archive it.

Thank you! I am planning on mainly using Square for in person credit card transactions and send receipts for products or services purchased. Also to help me keep track of sales. I may at a later date use the scheduling portion.

I issued a refund of the invoice amount to hopefully get the correct account balance. There was only an archive button. There wasn't a cancel option since it was already marked as paid. Thank you again for your help.
