For those that have both in-person and online appointments, how does your client choose?

For those that have both in-person and online appointments, how does your client choose which one they preferer when they're booking online? When I book them myself, I just chose the Resource as "In-Person" or "Zoom". When clients book themselves they can't pick the resource.

Welcome back to the Community. 

 

One option you could try for those items would be to set a variation or modifier, so when they check out the "In-Person" or "Zoom" will show. 

 

Whenever you are testing out the appointment booking, what steps are you taking? This can help give me some insight on where the missing link is for your customers.
