Discount buy 5 of exactly same thing save 5%

Hi

I seem to be going round in circles with the discount options. I wish to put multi-buy options in place but I would like the customer to have to buy 5 of exactly the same item in order for the 5% to work. Then apply that to a category or across a host of items whether that is a website purchase or in store.

Problem is if you add more than one item in the rules it allows the customer to purchase 3 of one item and 2 of the other item and still get 5% off. The only way I can see this working is if I was to create this discount as a stand alone and then repeat the process over hundreds items 😞

I know you can often find work arounds or am I missing something in the discount section ? 

Any help would be great 😊

I have tried every way possible and there is no way to do it as the system main discount when opting for multiples is (get any) so that denotes the allowance of mixing items if I was to add them in the same offer. Hopefully you may have better luck than me 😃
