Can't add items to my site

Hi, I'm trying to add more items to my library but when I go to save my item it tells me "Something went wrong. Please try again." Why would this be?

I can add photos, a title, price, description, inventory, the category it belongs to and variations as normal but it won't let me save.

I've tried a few times, and even logged out but nothing. Has anyone had this problem, and managed to fix it?

Thanks!

Hi @SuburbanCasual, thanks for flagging this and welcome to the Seller Community.

Is this happening from your Item Library or your Online Item Library

From what you've described there shouldn't be any issues with your upload. I would suggest trying some browser troubleshooting steps, such as clearing cache & cookies and trying an incognito window. We also recommend Chrome as our supported browser so if you aren't using that, please try it.

If this doesn't help, I'd give our support team a call - they'll be able to try and replicate this issue on the backend which I can't do from here. If they also run into this error message, they'll escalate it to our Square Online team to take a look at.

Hi @davespencer32 sorry to hear you're running into this.

Can you share a screenshot of the error so that I can take a closer look at your set-up?

Also, did you try the troubleshooting steps from my previous message on the thread? This error message you are seeing is usually a network-related error.

I'll keep an eye out for your response.
