Can I put a sale in limbo if customer is still shopping, to take payment from other customer?
I run a retail shop and people bring things to my counter, then turn to shop for a few other things. Sometimes I have a customer that has an item that would be a quick sale. Is there a way I can make that first sale hold?

In your setting turn on the "Open Tickets" option. It lets you save customers orders until they are ready to pay. I find this helpful when I have clients phone in orders too.
