Can I add more users to my Google Workspace account if I purchased it through Weebly?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Weebly to Square Google workspace account, now I can't add a user.

Hi there, 

I purchased google workspace through weebly for my team and it's all been running fine.. I've now run out of pooled space in the google account so need to upgrade or add a user to get more storage. Both these options (when viewing from the google side) say 'contact reseller' but when I'm in weebly dashboard and click 'Google Workspace' when in my account it just goes back to main weebly home page and not to google workspace page where i can add and pay for new users in the workspace account.

I would happily transfer over everything to Google but I'm not sure how to do this (thread I followed was only clear if transferring to another reseller, and I've just renewed for another year so would prefer not to if possible). Can anyone help??

I can see a member of our Weebly Support Team has recently sent you an email confirming that we're unable to upgrade your Google Workspace account from our side, but we are able to transfer your Google workspace account over to Google, so that you can upgrade with them directly. 

When you can, please reply to that email with your written permission as requested, and our team will start the process for you.
