Is there anyway that I can use a barcode scanner and it would minus stock off the website when scanned out?

Yup, totally - this guide shows you all the different supported barcode scanners by device here. 

As long as you turn on stock tracking then web sales will update your pos and pos sales will update the web. (You don’t need to use a barcode scanner for this feature to work, but if you’ve got a large range it will certainly make life faster).
