Getting error message card taking not enabled

Been using square for 2 months  no problems now we are getting an error. Card processing is not enabled for your account

Help we are a summer bible camp and have camper coming and going and paying for camp and canteen and t-shirts.  We have had our terminal and square account since end of March. No problem. Login yesterday to start taking payments and we are getting the error we are no activated to take cards.  Anyone know what this problem could be.  The terminal is working fine as far as we can tell. Has full power and acts like it will take the payment until we get this error on the terminal.
