can i become a square distributor in other country like panama?

im moving in to panama so i need to know if i can become a ditributor of the products there, because 

i saw a deficit of the platfor there and if i can get them the app will be a country of opportunity

We do offer the global version of the Point of Sale app free for use in Panama, but we don't offer credit card processing there at this time. Since we don't offer credit card processing in Panama, the hardware won't have a use. 

We really appreciate your interest - we'll be sure to make an announcement when we expand to new countries.
