Why doesn't my booking availability show correctly?

I have days and times set for myself and my staff member, but when I go preview my booking site, it shows additional days and all the wrong times? Help! TIA

Unfortunately, it would be a little complicated to troubleshoot your issue without some additional context. 

 

If you could share a link to your booking site and screenshots of the availability you have set, I'll be happy to take a look. 

 

You may need help from our Support Team for this issue, as they would be able to help you make changes as they access your account settings alongside you.

Here are screenshots of availability I've set plus what the preview of the booking site looks like. You'll see the days and times do not match anywhere near the only Wed 3pm, Fri 3pm and Sat 9am & 3pm I'd set.

I do see where your settings and what is actually seen on the booking page do not line up. 

 

Like Frances has said, I would advise you to reach out to our Support Team who will be able to take a deeper look into what may be causing this error and can look at your settings with you in real time. We are unable to access your Square account and view your settings here in the Seller Community. Thus, we can only offer general information since we do not have access to your account and unique settings to pinpoint the exact cause of the issue
