Who do I contact regarding a domain transfer?

I started a domain transfer last week and my site has been unavailable ever since. It's been 8 or 9 days now and I haven't received any updates (www.rollwithitbaking.com), so I have no idea when I'll be able to use my site again. It also won't let me cancel the transfer. Is there any way to find out if there is an issue or when the transfer will be complete, this is extremely frustrating.
