Unable to remove personal name, not business name on POS printed sales receipt

I'm unable to find the option to remove my personal name, not business name on sales receipt using print option on the POS terminal to customers?

 

Just my first name is showing up on all the printed receipts from the POS under the date & time and i have not changed any settings,  I've looked high and low in the online account settings -> https://squareup.com/dashboard/business/receipt and on the terminal.

Posting back to let other know if they have the same issue and are lost;

 

after many hrs the only way was to do a factory reset on the POS terminal, and it cleared the issue

Has been running plugged in since around beginning 2021 with afew fw updates pushed to it and with those came afew hard locks that a simple power cycle fixed.  Then all of a sudden I noticed just my first name showing up under the date/time, odd? and it was due to a glitch when the fw was auto updated afew months ago.

 

Also 2 times when it was doing an auto fw update it hard locked, only way was power down.

 

@ issue the engineering team should look at
