Unable to enable setup pickup options
Hello,
I am a Square Online partner and we're working with a Client that keeps seeing this error message whenever we try to enable pickup and deliver - https://uniweb.d.pr/i/mGQd87
Any advice how to resolve this?

@JJ_ No luck, tried in Incognito, in English and Spanish, in safari and not able to enable fulfillment. We've, also chatted with Square Online support but still have not gotten the issue resolved. Any advice?

We've contacted support, they said they're working on it but it was been 3 weeks and no response yet
Should the client create a new account? They have been frustrated as they have attempted each time without success.

Thanks for sharing the URL @uniwebdigital. Upon troubleshooting this with our Advanced Support team they have escalated this case over to our engineers as this is something that hasn't been reported before.
