Two tier shipping cost setup

Right now I have a $20 flat rate shipping across Canada. What I'm finding out is that if someone orders quite a bit of product the $20 flat rate doesn't cover the shipping.  What I would like to do if possible is have a two-tier shipping price so when someone orders under six jars it's $20 if somebody orders over 6 jars it would be $30 for shipping. Is there a way to set this up somehow on my Square website.

There are a couple options here. 

You could do shipping per amount of items ordered. However, I see you offer T-shirts on your site as well, so this could affect that as there would be no way to differentiate which items would qualify for this type of shipping rate. The system would just recognize each item as an item no matter what it was. 

You could also do shipping based on order minimum as well. If you calculated the total of 6 jars or fewer and set that as the minimum amount for one shipping price and then anything over that would be another shipping price.
