We are a non-profit group with one central bank account for all of British Columbia, but we have Regions tables that do their own fundraising, sell memberships, etc. Each Region has a square reader and uses the same email and login to access our square account.
Is there a way to tag or code the different Regions? I have looked into your Locations option, but I don't think that will work for us, as we are using one inventory source.
We are hoping to create reports and do some accounting through Square.

There is an option under our reports tab where you have different display sorting options. On the top row, find the Display drop-down menu. It will give you the option to select by device or by device nickname.
If that isn't showing what you're thinking, please reach back out!
