Notifications not delivered to Gmail addresses

Good day for the last number of weeks notifications have not been getting delivered to my Gmail addresses and I have missed a number of order that were placed, has anyone else had this issue or a possible solution ?

 

I reached out to support and they suggested that I need a custom email domain which is not very helpful.
