I have everything all hook up and had been running my system when a cashier tr

My cash drawer, printer and square stand was working fine until my cashier tripped over a cord and unplugged everything. Now the ipad is not reading my printer. I have unplugged, shut down, reloaded everything several times and square is still not finding my printer. I have had to shut one cashier completely down and now I am short handed. Please provide me with some help as quickly as possible!!

Oh man! Let's get to the bottom of this for you. 

 

Have you tried deleting the printer station and adding it again? This will help the printer make the connection to your Square Stand. 

 

Also, was the cord or USB Hub damaged in any way? 

 

Let me know if those don't do the trick, then I will circle back to get a resolution for you.

Kassi,

I have found the issue, but I am not sure how to resolve it. The USB ports on my Square power cord are not working. I determined this by hooking both my reader and my printer into other USB hubs and they both came on. Problem remains how do I get the stand to read the printer if it isn't connect to the power cord USB connections. Would it be possible to purchase a new stand cord??
