I tried to publish a free site on Weebly but as I did this screen came up

You have currently have the following features set up:

Abandoned Cart Recovery

And then an upgrade option.

How do I get rid of the Abandoned Cart Recovery thing?

Hello there @DotA , and welcome to the Seller Community

To disable Abandoned Cart Recovery, visit your Weebly Dashboard, go to Communications, and click Abandoned Carts. Once there, you will be able to click on the "disable" button that will appear on the upper right.
