Error message when adding products and blog posts to newsletter

I get an error message when adding blog posts or products to my newsletter. I have sent many newsletters before this one, so I do not understand why this is happening. I want to resolve this issue and send this newsletter out tomorrow. Can you please help?

Hello @DailyWonder

Sorry to hear you were running into issues!

I found one website linked to your profile, https://www.dailywonderhomelearning.com/, and could see a new blog entry was posted recently.

Hopefully, this means the issue has now been resolved.

If that is not the case, please let me know so I can take a closer look.

Details are key to understanding the issue you might be experiencing since we don't have access to your account details here in the community.

If you are still seeing an error message, a screenshot of it would be great. Additionally, any details you can share about the device and web browser you are using are helpful as well.

Thank you โœจ

Yes, I just posted a new blog post. Thanks for checking and for replying. However, my issue wasn't with posting a new blog post; it was with linking my blog posts to the Weebly newsletter as well as linking my products. I did a workaround so I could send my newsletter on time. I am using a Macbook and the Chrome browser. I'm unsure how to add a screenshot of the error message to this thread, but it says, "Error. There was an error processing your request."

Thanks for your assistance,

Mareesha

I am so sorry, I got all confused there.

I noticed on your website you were previously sending a newsletter using Mailchimp, but seems that's no longer the case, correct?

Because I can't access your account the way our direct support team can, I'm unable to recreate the issue you experienced.

If you are using Weebly to send marketing emails now and links cannot be added to your email while composing it, I would recommend troubleshooting your web browser and contacting our direct support team. If an integration is being used to send marketing emails, you'll need to contact the service you are using.
