Email Circle of Google Workspace not working

Hi, I have been going in a circle for months trying to get in contact with Weebly or Square to help fix my problems, but I can't seem to get in touch.

 

My biggest issue is that my Google account is now suspended and apparently it is linked to my Weebly account and they need to fix the issue internally. I contacted Google and they said I need to contact Weebly. I also cannot see to find anywhere on Square of Weebly where to fix this issue. All I would like is to talk to a technician so I can fix the actual problem or know where I need to pay as every day that goes by I cannot access my email, it affects my business. I also was under the impression that the first year was free.

 

Please help!!!

Ordinarily if your billing has lapsed for any reason, you’ll need to reactivate your Google Workspace email address by following the steps below:

 

  1. In your Square Online Overview page, go to Website > Domains.
  2. To the right of the domain related to your email address, select Manage > Activate email.
  3. Confirm the email address(es) you wish to renew.
  4. Select Purchase to finish.

 

If you encounter any errors in step #4, you’ll need to follow this link to the Account Settings area of your Square Online Overview page, to add or change the payment method on file for your Google Workspace service. Once complete, go back to step #2 to retry the renewal process.


Could you try these steps directly from the Square Online link above (not Weebly), and let me know if you see the option to reactivate the desired email?

You might be prevented from reactivating your Google Workspace account if your billing has lapsed for an extended period of time. This would explain why you're unable to complete the purchase. 

 

We can still help though ! When this happens, our Ecom specialists team transfers your Google Workspace account details over to Google. You'll then pay and manage it directly through Google going forward.

 

Since we need to get written permission, I invite you to contact our Support Team directly by email and explain that you'd like your details to be transferred out to Google. An agent will follow up with you.

I hope you get this sorted promptly, but let me know if you have any other questions 🙂.

Yes, that’s what I did. When we go to do that, it says that we have to work through the vendor.
