Hi All,
1) I am having difficulty pulling some specific information. Does anyone know how long Square keeps data/historical information.
For example, 10 years down the line-can I expect to see appointment history for a customer, notes, attachments, etc.
2) Further, is there a limitation on how many customers the directory can hold?
3) How much data can each customer have in their attachments (I know there is a 20 mb cap on each file) but overall?
Thanks!!

Hey there @mannyh
Here are the answers to your questions:
1) Being a Financial Tech institution we are required to keep records of all account activity and transactions.
2) There is no known limit of how many customers a Seller can have at this time. We service both small businesses and big companies and to this day we have yet to get a report of a Customer Directory limit.
3) As long as the attachment limit is met we at this time are not enforcing a limit on storage per customer or per account.
I hope this information is helpful!
