Clean up customer data

I've noticed a lot of duplicates in our customer database and very few get tagged as duplicates for merging. Is there a way to run a duplicate report? Outside of Square, what is a good way to combine customer data from 2 different sources? For example, I have a Square POS and an e-commerce site. I'd love to combine all the customer data into one csv for upload to Square. And I have very minimal experience with spreadsheets. Thanks!!

Thank you for reaching out in the Community! 

You can export your Customer Directory in an Excel spreadsheet to get the template of how it will look. It will be easier to sort through the list to see if there are any duplicates (using the sorted tool).

After you make the changes, you can import it back into the Directory on your Dashboard. Also, here is a helpful Support Article with how to manage it.
