Get a card payment in Germany

We plan to hold a fair in Germany and sell products.
I'm going to buy a square pos reader to get an ic card payment in Germany, so can I get the same payment as MasterCard and visa in Germany?
We are registered as an American business operator and have a World First account.

At this time, Square’s hardware is only approved for use in the country for which it is intended. If you have created your account in the US, you will only be approved to use your reader to process card payments in the US.

You are certainly able to record payments, such as Cash or Other Tender types, using your app when travelling abroad.
