Where do we enter in coupon codes in the appointments app when checking out a client?

There are two ways to redeem rewards to a sale from the Appointments app for Android, @Lucia_V!

Before adding items to the sale:

1. From the Checkout screen, tap Library > Redeem Rewards.
2. Search for your customer in your Directory or select Use Code.
3. Select the coupon or reward to apply to the sale.
4. Add service(s) and/or item(s) to the sale > Charge.
    

After adding items to the sale:

1. From the Checkout screen, tap Library.
2. Select All Items, then add the service(s) and/or item(s) to the sale.
3. Tap Current Sale > Add Customer.
4. Select your customer’s name and scroll down to the Loyalty section of their profile to apply their reward to the sale > Charge.
