Ughhhhh you can bet on that! I'm in Michigan and the last 2 weeks we've had horrible storms and lost power 6 different times! We're in a downtown storefront and one big window 12k sq ft store its pitch black in there we have to close regardless that I could take payments using my phone customers can't see! I watched all my green checks disappear fast! I didn't even bother to try and send a message and explain it. Good luck to you!

I thought the same exact thing. I do think my next offer will be substantially less than my $40k since it’s taking them so much longer to offer another loan.

Yes I just did…almost immediately after my current loan was paid to 50%, got an offer for double what my current loan was.

No it’s not. When I was on my 2nd loan of $4k, I received my next offer of $12k after paying off 50% within 2 weeks.

Well. I received an offer. It showed needed work with processing on Wednesday. Came back from my mini vacation Thursday and processed payments and the processing turned green yesterday. Today I made it to 89% paid and received an offer. It’s under half of what I normally get tho. 😩 so yea they are still giving out offers when you almost done paying and it’s way less then what you we’re previously offered.

Did you get an offer today on a Saturday?  
I’m 87% paid and most times I get offers at 75%.  I got 68k in December and I have $10k left to pay!  I hope they don’t drop mine down too much IF I even get an offer because I have been counting on another because I have been doing upgrades to my building that my bar/rest!  This is sooo frustrating because this is my 6th loan and don’t understand why they can’t be more consistent and streamline the process instead of letting a computer make the decisions!!!
