HI, what exactly are you wanting to create?
You can have all your information and items on the Home Page and remove the Shop All page from the Header Navigation so it will not be available. You can add as many sections you would like and can manipulate them to whatever you wish. Also, Featured Items or Gallery can display images and/or items.
Or, you can change to the Menu Format template which is more of a one page but the items do not display the same.
