Can anyone use an eGift card code, or does it have to be the original recipient?
In other words, if I sent George an eGift card but he doesn't want to use it, can he forward it to his friend Bill to use instead?

@pauliefelice - yup! George can absolutely pass his eGift to Bill for him to use.
