In my customers office, my app will not load. It keeps saying try again. Any suggestions?

Yikes. Sorry to hear this @Strmcloud65 - 

 

Did you maybe run into a dead spot in their office? Have you tried connecting to their wifi or are you using mobile data? 

 

Wouldn't hurt to make sure the app version is up to date along with your device OS.
