We really do our best to have our apps and hardware work with as many devices as possible. Often, this can be impacted by the manufacturer or the carrier. Unfortunately, I don't have a timeline to share on this - I do recommend to also reach out to Sprint and Samsung to ask if there's anything they can do to make this device work with the Contactless + Chip Card reader.
