Store tab is missing from my dashboard

I cannot locate the store tab to edit my purchase confirmation emails on my dashboard.

Thanks for your post. Can you refresh or reload the dashboard in your browser, @theresabriggsyo? I switched you to the newer dashboard which has store management there rather than within the editor. You'll see everything from the Store tab of the editor is now under Settings on the dashboard instead.

Hey, I have the same issue. 

My store tab is also missing. I have the ability to edit products on my desktop, and can add from my app (not that favourable). Can the Store Tab be resotre?

There wouldn't be a way to do that unless we convert your Education account to a Standard account, @MDG. If we do that you won't be able to keep using your Education Pro service, though, and you'd also lose access to students and classes you may have made.

When was that change made? A few months ago the tab was there and it was easy to add products and more importantly, complete orders. Is the only way then to do it from the app? Or will that be removed as well?.

Was there any communcation about this change?

The apps should continue to work, and as far as I know that will continue to be useable for you. In the future, we could if needed move just that business site into a brand new standard account, so you can leave any education sites in the education account.

Hi @GlenandJulie1 The store tab is no longer accessible when you have the site editor page loaded. You need to exit the editor and return to the main dashboard. All of the store settings and options will be on the left side of the dashboard. 😊

I have just renewed my Weebly subscription for another year and noticed the "Store" tab is now missing from my site editor dashboard.

The store options are found on the main dashboard. If you "x" out of the editor you will see the same store options on the left side menu.
