Confusing receipt. A mess.

I am not working, I am not productive, I only checking bugs on my site, take screenshots and open support tickets and writing here! It can't contunie like this.

Another problem - confusing receipt. I have a coupon for 5% discount.

The discount was calculated properly and properly reflected on the customer's receipt.

But what is that $5.00 in red? What is it? It has no place there, it doesn't make any sense! Are we suppose to minus $5.00 from total? Why? Where did it come from?

My discount is % discount and it was already calculated and applied.

What a mess, really.

Please, stop doing this, it's unprofessional.

Hello! Our apologies for the trouble. This one isn't one I've seen before, so hopefully you've been able to run it by support already, as you mentioned opening support tickets. I know they definitely appreciate all the information they can get, and we have everyone at work here to put an end to the disruptions you've been seeing.
