Certain letters cannot be typed by customer in coupons and contact.

I just had a customer contact me saying certain letters will not type in fields. I have a coupon named SHIP-FREE. You cannot type the letter P. I tested it and am having the same problem. This is for my cyber monday sale. Please help.

UPDATE: I called technical support. They fixed something in my header that was not allowing to type Ps & Us, etc. Thank you technical support!
