generating Excel file

Hello,

Is there a way to automatically generate Excel file that contains all the data filled in the contact forms?

Thanks,

Tom

Hey @tom65!  You can export the entries for a form by viewing the form entries, then clicking the button at the top to export them.

For more info see our guide here in the Help Center:

Hello!

Yes!

You can  export your form entries to an .CSV file

To do that view the steps below.

1. Log into your Weebly account you will see a Form Entries box on the right side of your Weebly dashboard.

2. Click the > arrow next to the form you want to export.

3. On the next page, click on the 'Export All ' link on the top right side of your screen.

4. The content will automatically download.

Note: If you have more than one form on your site. You can use the drop-down menu on the top left to choose the form you want to export the data from

I can't see a Form Entries box on the right side of my Weebly dashboard. How can I find it?

From your dashboard, go to Website > Edit Site, then click on the Form Entries option you see there, @LiveLife.

Nevermind. Found it! There are two 'Overview' links. Found it under the Website > Overview one. Thank you!

Hi @ScottMc

The steps have change slightly, but you will find the option under Website > Edit Site > Form Entries.

Have they changed yet again? I don't see this anywhere. Can you guys just use screenshots or videos instead of vague instructions? It would make this entire forum waaaaay more useful.
