Hi @bobafett, from here I am telling you that it isn't a modified product of Luminous themes, I wouldn't even mind to spend a few bucks in buying a Weebly theme, if you could just code it by yourself using HTML/CSS. By the way, it may look similar with the luminous theme named aurora, but it doesn't mean luminous themes owns it, I coded it, even if you use the inspect element feature, compare the html structure that is I written in my website to their website. Anyways, no DMCA cases can be filled if I distribute this for free, because I designed it, I developed it using Weebly's free theme and my only goal in here, is to give weebly users a new theme. I also believe that I am in good faith, because I modified weebly's "free" original theme, not theirs, you can even ask them if I bought a theme from them.
