It's not cutting off for me, either. What did you edit in the theme html/css? It's possible something in the custom code is conflicting. You can save your theme, revert back to a standard theme (and publish) to verify.

Thanks for your post, @Xpollinate. Can you post a link to the page of your site where you are seeing that? Also, if you want to add a screenshot click on the photos button above the text area when replying. That should load a file dialog window where you can click to choose a file to upload.

Also on a mobile for the blog pages the first line of the top article name is hidden under the header.  Is that becuase the header was increased in height in the css and where do i fix that?

What browser is that screenshot from, @Xpollinate? I checked in Chrome and Safari and it wasn't cut off for me.

Chrome
It works ok on my laptop screen however for the following version on my external monitor:
Version 83.0.4103.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)
updated to
Version 84.0.4147.89 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Still happending these are the seetings

also the reason i was confused about the image upload missign is becuase if you are not logged in it loads a differnt dialogue that does not have the button.  Also if you try nad log in it takes you to your weebly site builder and you cant get back to the community. This is made even worse if you have multiple accounts, or if you have a master account - honestly Weebly is failing terribly on the basic ablity to login it does not refelct the price we have to pay
