Just to clarify, it's showing fine on your live site but the preview hasn't updated in the editor? Sometimes Scribd can be slow to update those, and they usually resolve it on their own without you needing to do anything. Does it still show that way?

Having the same issue with my site. I have found that if you give it 30 seconds or so to "load" and then reload the page from the address bar, you can re-navigate from your Home page back to the page you were editing and it will show up just fine in the editor's view.

Hey there BSUGrad1! It's good that you've found a solution.

Have you been able to contact our support team already? If not, we may be able to look into that slowness and get everything back up to speed for you!

Please do that because I am experiencing a similar problem. The Scribd is in editor mode is stating that scribd is processing the document. It has been over 30 minutes and only one of my documents are showing up.

Usually, if Scribd is having some issues you just need to give it a little while and they resolve them. In the editor, you can also try refreshing to see if the message about "processing" goes away.

I have been using Scribd documents on my site forever and now all of a sudden they are not loading proporly. Every single one I put in now only partially loads with a lot of empty parts in the document.

Are you still seeing that, @rachelvan? It sounds like it could be an issue on Scribd's end, though I would expect something like that to be resolved quickly.

Hello, Whenever I try to load a document into Scribd, it remains on a white screen and when I check my website, the documents don't appear on my website.

I have the exact same problem.  Looking back through past posts, scribd has not be reliable or worked well for over 4 years.  I like the way scribd pdfs look on the page but if you can't rely on it to do the job it needs to be fixed or replaced with an app that does.

It should be appearing under where it says "weekly bulletin", before the map. It work just fine two weeks ago. My church really needs this to work. Thank you!

There should be a Scribd document after each "Watch Here" button and on the page that says "Resume"
