This is 7/9/20, and Scribed is still not working. It's been a month since they said they were working on it. Any solutions?

Hi. I have been trying for literally HOURS to get scribd documents to load onto my weebly site. I have closed down, relaunched, published, saved, tried different sizes, different types of files (word documents, powerpoints, piktocharts) ... nothing will load. I'm in a bit of a bind since I am working on a final project for a college class and thought it would be easy to embed my documents using scribd in weebly like I have many times before, but tonight, the wheel just spins and spins with a message that "Scribd is processing your document. Please wait" I even left it running to go get dinner and walk the dogs ... but nothing. Please help! Thanks.

I don't see any recent Scribd issues reported to the support team. Is this for a site with previously loaded Scribd docs that won't load, or is it just newly updated files you are having trouble with.
Can you post a link to the page you are working on? One additional step you can try is to upload the file to Scribd directly, then use their embed option to paste onto your page. https://www.scribd.com/

This is also happening with me, same issue as everyone else. Scrbid .pdf document not uploading, in constant state of working. When published, states scribd refused to connect.

Are you uploading the document to Scribd directly and then using the Embed Code element to display the html code, or are you using the Scribd element in the editor?

Hi @StressCafe
The Scribd documents appear to be loading for me. Are you still having this issue? If so, can you post a screenshot or provide the exact page name with the missing content?
