how do i delete a page i have created

To delete a page you've created. Click the "Pages" tab at the top. Then on the left find the page you wish to delete.
Click the page and at the bottom you will find a 'Delete' button. Click that button and it will delete the page.

I forgot the login username and password, but i want to delete the website. Please advise me how to delete the website without logging in.

They have changed their format a bit. Log in to your Weebly site. Once logged in, look to the left, and click on "items". Click on "item library". You will see your pages. Check the box of the page you wish to delete. In the upper right-hand side, click on "bulk edit". A drop-down menu will give you the option to delete the page. Go to "website" (upper left corner), "edit", and "publish".
