Locked out of my new site
I set up a new site for a club I belong too. I either forgot my password or put in the wrong email address. Now either email that I might have used bounces me back to two old sites I no longer use, while the new site is clearly visible, but I can't edit it which I urgently need to do, or even close it down. I got some assistance initially but all my requests for help now seem to be ignored. I'm in the UK. Any suggestions?

When I click on the link above I get this message:
It looks like you're already logged-in. Take me back to Weebly.
Clicking on"Take me back to Weebly" as above, once again takes me back to the old sites.

I have done everything I can to log off but each time I get bounced back to my old sites piscesacademic.weeebly.com and piscesbookshop.weebly.com. These are no longer functional. I need access to https://tolethorpepark.weebly.com/ a new site that I set up. EVERYTHING I try takes me back to the first named sites and nothing I do to log out from those seems to help. If I can't access the site I can't even take it down. I'm getting extremely anxious now.

If you switch to a different browser temporarily and log in there do you get into the right account? They are under different email addresses so it should work for you as long as you are logging in with the right email address.

No I'm afraid that doesn't work either. I tried two different new browsers. I either get sent back to the websites named above or I get the page for a brand new set-up. There must be a way of sorting this or at worst taking down the website I can't access. I'm increasingly worried about this. It's a non-commercial club site and I am letting down our members. I had assumed it was my error, beginning to think it's yours. Never had this problem before and I have set up four weebly sites at different times.

Can you log out of the account you are in now and submit an account recovery request, @whatkatyloved? Our support team can help with that if you aren't getting an email and don't see it in your spam folder. I would choose the option that you aren't sure what email address was used.
