Weebly won't let me edit my classmates account after I accepted invite. I also want to delete my account if I'm not able to edit but under account the delete account/ deactivate button is not showing up
Thanks for posting, @Stephanie3. What site were you invited to edit? The person who invited you to edit might want to go to Settings > Editors and copy the invite link there. It might work better if you use the URL from that instead of clicking a link in the email.
Where do you find that? I'm trying to add a collaborator, and they are not able to join...They keep getting their dashboard, with no shared site invites....
The team just discovered a bug with contributor accounts. I do not know how long it will take to resolve, but we do have engineers working on a resolution. We appreciate your patience in advance.
If you submit a ticket to support a rep can make sure you receive an update when the bug is resolved. We will also try to update this thread once we have more information.
