I am hoping to fix my navigation bar so that no matter how far a vistor scrolls down the page, they can still easily navigate to other pages with having to go back to the top. This isn't an option in my theme without some tweaking and I have searched for a solution and fiddled around a bit, but so far without joy. I am using the Clean Lines theme.
I am happy to dig around in the HTML/CSS if somebody is able to point me in the direction or provide the correct code for the job.
