Video background not playing properly.

Ran into a problem with the video background feature.
Il try and keep it short.
All of the webbly  gallery videos work perfectly, however when i upload one of my videos it just doesnt work propperly.
It doesnt start playing imeadiately once the website is opened for the first time on a desktop browser, it takes a lot of time for it to start rolling, and when it finally starts it stutters sometimes. It even stutters in the website building page when i click on "preview video".

I tried to solve this by :
Compressing the video
Reducing the format to 720p
Reducing duration to under 10 second's
Removing the audio.

All of this combined reduced the video size to 1.97 MB. and severly reduced the quality.

After all that i uploaded the poor quality video to the video background and got the same result.
The first time the video is opened (without chached data on chrome) the video takes like 10 seconds to start playing.
I also tried changing from the video formats from Mp4 to Webm, and still got the same result.

However , if i put one of the gallery videos webbly has provided it works perfectly, and they are much better quality than mine (after compression) and they are even longer duration than mine.

What am i missing, is there some format or bitrate or size thats optimal for webbly (Like the gallery videos) or is there just no way to make your own videos run smooth?

Update:
This has been bugging me so ive tried more solutions.
I downloaded already made stock videos preoptimized for video background's from websites like pixel.
Same result. Open page , video does not start for first 7-8-10 seconds.

I then tried to use a online optimizer for video background's like clipchamp , still nothing. The delay is there.

I resolved the problem by paying 10$ for a YouTube video background app.

This allows me to put full hd videos in my background without a hitch.

I have tested extensively before buying the app and this is what I found out.

The only way to start the video smoothly as soon as the website loads is by either uploading a video with almost no movement, or if there is movement , you have to completely blur the video and then it will play with minimal delay.

And if you have movement and you don't want to blur the video the only way for it to start playing normally is to upload it on horrific (almost pixelated) quality.

This leads me to believe that there is either a problem with the Weebly player, or the problem lies within the distance between my country and the Weebly server which videos are uploaded on. I have a strong internet connection and have tested this on multiple desktop devices.

The video is on the main page of the website.

I will now change the YouTube app from the header and put back one of my low size videos so that you can check it out.

Can you post a link to the page that has the video, @Xaxina, along with where to find it on the page if it's not the only one? I'd like to test viewing it from here on my home wifi connection.

It only took about 4 seconds or so to download the background video on my home wifi connection, @Xaxina:

The video is loading for me, @Xaxina You could be right about the distance, though. What size was the video before you started making compressions?

Well, the original video was 36 mb. And 1 min long.

When that failed, the first thing I did was, editing it down to like 10 seconds.

And that was about 25mb since I rendered it to high quality MP4.

And when that failed as well, that's when I started the series of compression's.

Hi, since I absolutely don't understand how to create a new post in this community, that's how I have to do it.

What's the solution if the videos you added to the background don't start propalby? It worked for me for a really long time and now ... it just stopped. So the page freezes when I open it. The videos won't play and the sound I added to the background won't play either. Why is that? Can someone help?

Greetings
