Unable to Update Website
Good morning, it is not possible to update my site, it does not load! Already almost 24 hours, and Weebly does not respond on my need for help. B.D.

I am having the same problem. I have written two emails, attempted to call them 3 times and am unable to get through, and tried the chat function, which does not seem to work. This is day two on this service. I am very upset and disapointed. I did a lot of research before choosing this site to purchase a domain and pay for a plan and it seems pretty crappy and a money grab.

I too am having difficulties with regards to editing my page.I also feel hard done by seeing as I pay monthly and have no response from their support team. Not ideal when you are trying to run a business!

@ROK normal this is indeed the right solution in these cases. Try another browser or get rid of the cookies et cetera. I use Chrome and that works fine. Firefox is fine as well.
@blauwedruifjes If hope you don't mind what I'm saying: please do always search in the community. Most of the time you are not the first one who encouters certain problems...

If you use McAfee we worked with them and they appear to have removed the block. I'm not sure if that requires any action on your part or if it should just update on its own. Sorry about that!

today it is still not working, despite all the advises i followed up and the news from McAfee, i was happy with weebly, paying each month and felt it was worth it........

It might not be McAfee if you are still having trouble, @blauwedruifjes, although try disabling it temporarily - that should confirm one way or the other.
