The logo and header picture don't display

When I upload in the editing page, it's fine. But when I publish and I go to see my site  the picture brokes in to squares and the header picture change to just single color, I can't see anything.

  I have the same problem, but I built my Site with Weebly Pro, not a 3rd Party.  I have tried different Themes, but that does not seem to help.  I have notified our IT Service, and they are pointing me back to Weebly.  They are stating that the Code for the Logo and the Contact Us Form is missing from the Zip Archive that is used to Publish the Site.  I created this Site on Weebly and only changed Themes and Updated the Pictures and Content.  I submitted an e-mail ticket yesterday, but I have not received a response after the Autobot Response.  Please help...

I am brand new - so my apologies in advance if I am not following the right rules on asking questions or on finding solutions.

I have an image for my logo. I can include it when building my site but it appears as a broken image when published.
