Site editor doesnt work on laptop
Hi,
When I click edit in the dashboars near my page it goes to the select style page as if I was creating a new one instead of editing my old one.
Did I do something wrong, or is Opera not supporting Weebly?

Opera is currently not a supported browser; I would try FireFox, Chrome, or Safari. I'm not sure that your browser is actually causing the issue, though. What site are you trying to edit?

I use Opera with no problem on both my desktop and laptop. Check your address bar on the far right. I get a notice when I'm in the site editor saying Opera is blocking insecure content and it's also blocking ads. If you click on the yellow "content blocked" box, you can unblock the insecure content and click the blue X to unblock the ads, which may resolve your issue. I don't unblock the unsecure content or the ads (3 on my pro site editor) and the site editor still works for me in Opera.

Hi,
thanks, I do have Ad block installed.
I will try it out as soon as I am home.

@Anne
Hi,
I turned AdBlock off but it doesn't work.
I tried it in Opera and Chrome but when I click on edit in dashboard it goes directly to the select a theme page as if I don't have a site yet.

That doesn't sound like a browser issue. I use Opera and Chrome to edit and have never had that happen - even with leaving the unsecure content blocker and ad blocker on in Opera. It seems like it's something Weebly should be looking at.

Hi @Simisphoto When was the last time you were able to open the editor without getting directed to the Select a Theme page? I see you published the site on 8/22. Did the problem start after this date?

Yes, I've never tried before, I created the page on my phone.
It already didn't work when I tried it for the first time on my laptop.

Thanks for clarifying. So it never worked through the browser. You went to the app to edit and publish? This sounds familiar to a possible bug or issue someone else brought up in support, but I can't remember off the top of my head. Give me a bit and I'll see what I can find out for you!

Sorry, one more question @Simisphoto. Did you originally make the page in the app, then tried to open in browser? Or was it the other way around?

Okay, thanks. Looking into this. Any other information you can provide (Android/iOS app?, device software version, app version, etc) would be helpful. Thanks so much for your patience.

Thank you for the extra info! This is super helpful. By any chance have you also submitted a ticket to support? If so can you let me know the ticket number as well?
