Site copy is stuck "Starting copy"

I tried to copy a site to use as a base for a new one - but its been stuck at the "Starting copy" stage for over 24 hours ...

I'm not sure what happened, @Radioguy, but I removed the stuck copies and created a new copy for you which completed successfully.
