Site Editor Not Working

I can't get the site editor to load on my website for over 24hrs now (it's currently an unpublished site) it just says loading & doesn't get any further.

I've tried in chrome & internet explorer, I've cleared the cache & cookies but it still won't load. Is this a problem with Weebly in general or something with my site? The night before the problem started I downloaded some free apps from the Weebly store & all was working fine, however the following day I can't access any of my content to edit it.

I was also able to open your site in the editor, @ccotten1. Can you try switching to another browser temporarily to see if that helps?

I am also having trouble launching the editor from behind our corp firewall. It was supposedly working for our clients internally the day before (no changes or sw updates on fw). I've recently tried to permit editmysite.com explicitly to see if that would help, but to no avail. This just seems to be an issue when launching the editor on all three browsers, i.e. firefox, chrome, etc. I will try clearing cache / cookies. Just looking to see if there's any other issues you may have had experience on with launching the editor ?

What browser are you using on your laptop, @Shanont10? Can you try switching to a different browser to see if that helps?

It looks like the browser and operating system you have right now is out-of-date, @Bsheeran. Can you try updating to the newest version of mac OS? The current version, Catalina, can be gotten for free from the App Store. You could also try using the newest version of Chrome to see if that works.

Same here - it just hangs and hangs and then bombs out. Our websites on Wordpress load super fast. I love weebly, but my gosh, this is a time and productivity waster. Please please - any solutions out there?

Thanks for posting about this, @RobsRoq. Which site in your account are you having trouble editing?

I was able to open your site in the editor without issue, @CJ18. Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and logging in again?

I've since realised editor does work on my home computer, it's my work computer that I can't access the site editor so it must be something to do with the firewall. It was working fine previously at work, so perhaps adding the free apps caused it to get blocked.

I'm not at home much so have been using the app on my ipad, am I right in thinking you can't use the weebly apps such as the accordian etc on the app? Also when I try to change the font size in the app (in the main body text) it doesn't have any effect, is this just a glitch with the app?

Sounds like it could be @CJ18. If you are editing the size of the font it should change for you. Do you know what os and app version you are using? Also, no, you can't use the app center through the app, although, I would assume if the app is already on your site you would have access to it. I'll see if I can test that theory out for you.

Can you try contacting your IT department and see if there is a way for them to allow access to Weebly's sites internally. Just in case they need it, our IP ranges are:

Are you having problems with accessing the editor, @myconfettiheart There's a couple different questions on this thread. Any additional information you can provide (i.e. site name, error displayed, etc.) would be great.

The editor page comes up but then just keeps loading, I can't do anything on the page and then eventually comes up with an error. It's happened a few weeks ago and before it had the first time it happened I tried everything disable fire wall, clear history and cache, change browsers reset router, etc, etc. I then reported it and it came right. Now it's back to doing the exact same thing. Don't have any problems with any other web pages. Would be very grateful if you could have a look www.myconfettiheart.com Kerry

If you disable your firewall does it load, @myconfettiheart?

Hi Adam - No I've tried disabling the firewall and it's still not working.  I've actually disabled the anti virus completely and that doesn't work either
