Says "Product Not Available"

All my products say "Product Not Available" when I try to add my selection to the cart.  It just started doing this, and I need to get this corrected!  I have not made any changes to my products, and I have the business plan.  Can someone advise me???

Oh - one more thing, you can setting Shipping as the fulfillment for this in batches so you don't need to do it individually. On your products library page, set the number of products shown on the page to 50 at the bottom, then click on the checkbox above all the products on the left and use the "Set Fulfillment" button at the top.

Thanks for posting, @sagehill. It took a litle bit of time but it looks like this is happening because there isn't a fulfillment method selected for your products. Did you have that set before? I set this product to "shipping" and it's now possible to add it to the card:

I first noticed it Sat., but I haven't received orders in a month, so it's may have been that long.

Hi,

Just started to create a website with square. I had the same problem, I did what you said and received a confirmation re fulfillment. however, the product still shows unavailable. What can I do.

Hi @Ed33 It looks like you need to make an adjustment on Square's end for your pendant.

Can you do me a favor and log into your Square dashboard and take a screenshot of your pendant settings? Thanks so much!

Hi, 

I am receving the same issue, i have 2 sections on my store 1, posting 2. Pickups when i set the Fulfillment Method to "Pickup" it wont let me add item to cart, but then all of a sudden i set it as shipping it works, anyway around this?

Thanks for posting about it, @MOONEY. When I test with your store, I am able to get all the way to checkout with a pickup item. Are you still having trouble?

I am having the same problem, I upgraded to Pro to ensure we could sell items. We only have ten items, and it still says all of them are "unvavailable". I am so frustrated with being charged for Pro, with no apparent benefits...and still the same issues. Please advise. Here's our website:

Hi @DeniseFrench. You're seeing that because your current site upgrade of Pro only supports selling up to 25 items. In order to sell more than that you'll need to upgrade to the next higher level plan.

Hi @hazmalzamri 👋

You are using Stripe as your payment processor, however, you will need to upgrade to the Professional hosting plan in order to process orders on the live site. 

You should see an "upgrade" button in the top right corner of the dashboard. You can also use this account-assigned coupon for 10% off the upgrade. 😊
