Hi there!
"SSL certificate is being configured. Check back later."
My site has been displaying this for weeks now.
I had a certificate before and it has been working for years. It suddenly expired and turning SSL off and on again resulted in this problem.
What do I do?

I am having a similar problem. My SSL unexpectedly expired on 18th February. It took me a few days to realise what had happened, but I then tried disabling and then enabling the SSL option in 'General' settings to see if that would kickstart it.
For the last 12 hours it's been saying 'SSL certificate is being configured. Check back later'.
Should I keep waiting, or is it something else?

Thanks!

Hi @flygoldfish
Sorry to hear you were having troubles with your SSL. It should be loading properly now. Thanks for your patience, and please let us know if you still see an error on your end.

Thanks so much, seems to be working now. Is there anything I need to do to stop the SSL expiring again in three month's time? Or should it renew automatically?

Glad to hear, @flygoldfish
The SSL should automatically renew. The team is aware of the recent issue, and looking into ways to prevent this from happening again.
If you do notice the SSL is not enabled, and cannot turn it back on from the Settings tab in the editor, please feel free to reach out and we'll take a look.
Thanks again for your patience!

Can you make sure your A-records are pointing to 199.34.228.67? Can you also post a screenshot of your DNS settings? It looks like you may be missing an A-record for the bare domain.

Hi @Bernadette
When I try to access the domains page I get the following message: Looks like you landed on a page that we either moved or removed. Sorry for the inconvenience, our team has been notified.
I'm not sure how else to check for the information you mentioned.
